I remember how my grandmother taught me how to make dumplings, and the kitchen was filled with aromas that remained in my heart forever. Since childhood, I loved watching food being prepared, and that's when my passion for cooking began. Family dinners were a place where loved ones gathered, laughter was heard, and cuisines from different countries gave new tastes. I believe that cooking is simple, accessible and incredibly fun. My goal is to open the doors to the world of cooking for everyone, to show how you can easily create real culinary masterpieces at home.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Hattori Nutrition College.
