Sour cream gingerbreads in white glaze

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Required Ingredients
STEP 2

Add soda to the sour cream, mix and leave for 10 minutes for the reaction to begin and bubbles to appear.
STEP 3

Meanwhile, beat eggs into sugar
STEP 4

Stir until light foam forms
STEP 5

Then mix the sour cream, which has already begun to bubble, and the eggs with sugar.
STEP 6

Add vanillin to flour
STEP 7

Gradually add flour to the liquid mixture and stir, gradually kneading the dough. You will need a little more or less flour depending on its quality
STEP 8

The finished dough turns out soft and sticky, so when we work with it, sprinkle the table well with flour. But don’t overdo it with flour, because the less it is, the softer the gingerbreads will be.
STEP 9

Then roll out the dough into a layer approximately 1.5 cm thick.
STEP 10

We squeeze out circles with a glass or other shape, collect the scraps and roll them out again, and so on until the dough is finished, the kids helped me at this stage, they really like this process)
STEP 11

Carefully place the gingerbread cookies on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil at a distance from each other.
STEP 12

Bake at 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. From these ingredients I got 2 baking sheets of gingerbread cookies - 25 pieces in total.
STEP 13

In the meantime, the gingerbread cookies are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the whites with powdered sugar and serving. l. lemon juice (I told you in more detail earlier https://bestrecipes24.com/cooking/18054-medovye-pryaniki-domashnie) or by cooking white glaze according to the caramel principle (here you will only need sugar and water). I liked the ready-made beautiful pink glaze in the store and I wanted to try it today
STEP 14

Place the finished cooled gingerbreads into a large container with a lid, pour the glaze over them, mix and shake. You just need to do this carefully - the gingerbread cookies turn out very soft. I didn’t calculate the amount of glaze and took only 1 package (100 g), but I needed 2, so the glaze turned out not so rich
