Quick pie with jam on kefir
Would you like something for tea? Nothing could be easier! I came across the recipe for this pie not long ago and have been making it all the time since then! This is a great option when you need to use up last year's jam and at the same time quickly prepare something for tea! Try it - you won't regret it!

Add jam - I used pureed cherries, but absolutely any jam is suitable for this pie: I tried it with strawberry, currant, raspberry, apple - the result is always a great pie!

Mix flour with soda

Combine dry and liquid ingredients

Mix well with a spatula - the dough immediately begins to bubble strongly

Pour the dough into the prepared pan, greased with vegetable oil.

Bake our pie for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees, determine readiness with a wooden toothpick
STEP 11

Remove the cake from the mold and let cool
STEP 12

Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired
