When I was in college, we called this salad “charm.” it’s actually very tasty, and besides, it’s prepared from what you always have at home. Well, I mean sausage and cheese in general, of any kind. Moreover, we put the sausage straight raw and without onions) now we need to try to cook it as you wrote, especially since what a good kid helped you. That means it's definitely delicious))

This is the first time I’ve seen a salad with fried cervelat. Not fried, yes, I cooked different ones often. Tastes have always been different and not one of them made me regret the costs. I'll have to try this salad. It seems like a very unusual combination - cabbage and mozzarella. Although you can try adding regular cheese, since mozzarella is very rare here.

But at the institute we didn’t call him anything. They just did everything. We thought it was so tasty back then, especially since it contained the most common ingredients. The only thing is we seasoned it with sour cream. Thanks for reminding me of the recipe.

cool recipe. Is it possible to add ham instead of servila? and I would change the coriander for parsley... But that’s just the taste)
