Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to prepare cucumbers in Polish for the winter? Prepare the necessary ingredients. The quantity is indicated for a 1.5 liter jar. Take fresh, hard cucumbers, preferably just picked from the garden, small in size. In addition to cucumbers, carrots and onions, you can add other vegetables to taste. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly under running water, place in a large container, cover with cold water and leave for about 4 hours. This will make the cucumbers crispy.

STEP 3
Wash the carrots, peel and cut into slices.
STEP 4
Peel the onions and cut into rings.
STEP 5
Wash the bell pepper and cut out the stem and seed pod. Cut the pulp into rings or strips.
STEP 6
Peel the white cabbage from the outer leaves and cut off a few pieces.
STEP 7
Wash the jars with soda, place the wet neck down in a cold oven, set the regulator to 150 degrees. Sterilize the tanks for approximately 15 minutes. Wash the lids, boil and dry. STEP 10
Place the remaining half of cherry leaves, currants, dill umbrellas, horseradish leaves, garlic cloves, bay leaves, allspice, and peppercorns in sterile jars at the bottom.
STEP 11
Pack the vegetables tightly, placing the cucumbers vertically first.
STEP 12
Place onion rings, carrot slices, pieces of white cabbage and bell pepper on top. Pour the boiling marinade into the jars. Cover the jars with sterile lids. Pour water into a large saucepan and place a cloth at the bottom. Sterilize the cucumbers in a water bath for about 15 minutes from the moment the water boils. Roll up the jars with lids, turn them upside down, wrap them in a blanket and leave overnight.
