I made a cucumber avocado egg salad using this recipe. I used homemade eggs, fresh cucumber, avocado and dill to make the salad. The preparation is very simple and quick. I hard-boiled the eggs in advance, cooled and peeled. First I took the pit out of the avocado and then peeled it. Chopped fresh dill. I cut eggs, avocado and cucumber into small cubes. I mixed all the ingredients, seasoned with 67% mayonnaise and stirred. Added a little salt and pepper. It turned out to be a wonderful dish. I prepared two servings for dinner with meat. The cucumber complements the avocado perfectly. The result was a juicy, light and very appetizing salad. We liked the freshness, the tenderness, and the delicious aroma. Wonderful recipe!
