I accidentally saw that you can freeze cucumber juice for the winter. Moreover, green pieces of ice look so beautiful) For testing, I took three medium cucumbers and crushed them in a blender. Unfortunately, I don't have a juicer. I squeezed the juice through four layers of gauze, it turned out to be 350 ml. I put the pulp in a ziplock bag and froze it, I will use it as a face mask) And I poured the cucumber juice into ice cube trays and froze. The result was beautiful green ice with a distinct aroma of fresh cucumber! According to the author’s recommendation, I will use them in smoothies, and you can simply add them to summer lemonade. The result will be both cooling and interesting taste!

Since this was a kind of experiment for me, I took only one cucumber. The smell of cucumber juice was incomparable. Just for the sake of this smell of freshness and spring, you can make cucumber juice. The children, having learned about my plans to freeze the juice, wanted to try it. Therefore, for convenience, when the juice froze a little, I inserted toothpicks into two molds to make some kind of sweets on a stick. And I froze the cake in the shape of a Christmas tree. The guys ate the cucumber “sweets” with pleasure and asked for more. So I think this recipe will take root in our family. And I recommend it for cooking!
