Most often, housewives prepare apple juice - because many people have apple trees growing in their gardens and there is literally nowhere to put them during the season. Of course, it is healthier when no sugar is added to the drink, when it remains natural. But, unfortunately, this one doesn’t last very long. It must be kept in the refrigerator and drunk quickly if possible.
Therefore, if you are planning to prepare juice for the winter, remember that you can’t live without sweets. But if the apples themselves are sweet, then for five kilos you will need only one hundred grams. And heat treatment will be needed. The liquid is heated to 95 degrees (check with a kitchen thermometer) and mixed with sugar. Then it is poured into well-washed bottles (they can be sterilized, or they can be washed with boiled water and soda). And it closes hermetically. Store in a cool, dark place away from sunlight.
