  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make simple grape juice at home for the winter7 prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take the grapes and rinse them thoroughly in running water. Wash the jars of soda, place them upside down in a cold oven, preheat the oven to 150°C and sterilize the jars 1 liter -15 min, 2 liter -20 min. Wash the lids and boil. You can sterilize jars in another convenient and proven way, for example, by steaming or in the microwave.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Remove all twigs and bad grapes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Prepare your juicer. Place grapes in the fruit and vegetable drawer and begin squeezing the juice.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

For soft fruits, I use a second juice extraction mode. Since different juicers may work differently, be guided by your equipment and choose the mode recommended in the instructions for use of your juicer.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Strain the resulting juice through a sieve into a saucepan. Also, from the pulp compartment, pour the pulp and the juice that got there onto a sieve and, pressing with a spoon, squeeze out this remaining juice. How to choose a pan, read the article on this topic. Link at the bottom of this recipe.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place the pan on the fire and bring to a boil. Boil the juice for 5 minutes.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Then pour the juice into sterilized jars and close with sterilized lids. Wrap the juice in a warm blanket and wait until it cools completely. Store concentrated grape juice in a cool place. Useful information about winter preparations can be found in the link at the end of this recipe.

We decided to make grape juice from homemade grapes at home today. It’s a pity we don’t have a juicer, but we found a way out) We used a potato masher. Grape juice is very good for health, so we were happy to start preparing it. The berries were washed and the juice was squeezed out, strained, then the pulp was boiled in a small amount of water, strained again and mixed with juice, a little sugar was added, mixed and cooled.
