    Pour boiling juice into sterilized jars (to prevent the jar from bursting from the temperature, place a spoon in it) and roll up. Then turn the jars over and wrap them in a blanket.

Leo, I also love homemade tomato juice, it is prepared with warmth and the tomatoes are selected the ripest and sweetest, this year I closed 20 cans, it suits very well for any taste, I make it exactly the same as you, the recipe is convenient and not complicated! But how much joy there is from such a jar!!!

The juice turns out very cool. But there is a lot of vinegar and salt. You need a little less. And thank you very much for the recipe!
