Juicer
To begin with, it’s worth clarifying that there are different types of juicers: automatic, mechanical, electric. The simplest one is designed for squeezing juice from citrus fruits (usually lemons) and looks like a cone-shaped bowl with the cone at the top with a juice tray at the bottom. You can't cook much with this, plus it's limited in the choice of ingredients.
From the first model of juicer to its modern counterparts, it has undergone many changes. Previously, a juice squeezer was a regular saucepan with a heavy press and a tap on the side. During the squeezing process, juice poured out of it into the placed container. The pressed cake remained as a waste product, which could be used in the production of homemade alcoholic beverages.
Today's one is capable of squeezing juice out of anything without extra effort, time and effort. The output is pure juice, without pulp. What remains in the end can also be used in the recipes of other dishes/drinks.
How to make the best use of your juicer? Making juice so you can drink it right away isn't quite the same thing, right?
