    Pour 3 tbsp gelatin. cream and leave for 10 minutes. Cut the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Mix the remaining cream, 50 grams of sugar and vanilla seeds and pour into a saucepan, heat, but do not boil!

    Pour hot cream into gelatin and stir. Gelatin should completely dissolve. Strain the mixture through a sieve. Place the silicone mold on a tray. Fill the mold halfway with the cream mixture. Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours. The jelly should be almost completely frozen.
