Fresh carrot
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make carrot juice? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use not only sugar syrup, but also any fruit or berry syrup. It is advisable to use a light syrup so as not to interrupt the natural carrot color. And not a pronounced taste. The syrup should highlight, and not overwhelm, the taste of carrots. Wash the carrots thoroughly with a stiff brush under warm water so that dirt does not get into the finished fresh juice.
STEP 2
Peel the carrots and rinse thoroughly. Cut into pieces and pass through a juicer. The most delicious fresh juice is obtained from carrots that were collected directly from your own garden or during the ripening season. Choose carrots that are bright orange, not limp, and of medium size. It is more convenient when the carrots are large, but they can be fodder. And it is advisable that you be confident in its quality, because nitrates can cause great harm to health.
STEP 3
Pour cream into fresh juice and stir. Some might think that this will ruin the naturalness and taste of the fresh juice, but not in this case. In order for our body to fully absorb it, it is necessary to add fats. And it doesn't have to be dairy cream. Especially if you drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. You can use coconut or oat cream and even nut, olive or any other vegetable oil. Mix everything well.
STEP 4
Pour any sweetener into the prepared fresh juice. It is best to use clear sugar syrup or apricot, peach, or apple syrup. They do not have a strong aroma, but will perfectly complement the carrot flavor without overpowering it. If you wish, you can not add any sweetener at all, it is already delicious.
STEP 5
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately. It must be consumed within the next 20-30 minutes after preparation, as after that the beneficial substances begin to deteriorate. Drink no more than 100 milliliters of juice per day and no longer than 3-4 weeks. Then you need to take a break of 2 weeks. Bon appetit.
