Since childhood, I remember how my mother cooked borscht, and the smell of fresh baked goods filled the house. These moments brought our family together around the table, where we discussed the day's events and shared laughter. Cooking became not just a hobby for me, but a real passion. As I travel the world, I've found inspiration in a variety of cuisines, from the spicy street food of Thailand to the decadent desserts of France. I want to show that everyone can cook - simplicity and accessibility in preparing dishes make cooking accessible to everyone. I share recipes so that everyone feels the joy of the process and communication at the table.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at George Brown Chef School.
