Thank you, I know this recipe for pickled cabbage, I recommend it to everyone! I also recommend this preparation recipe. Sauerkraut in its own juice for the winter recipe involves using only three ingredients: white cabbage, carrots and salt, always coarse rock salt. Give it a try.

Jellied cabbage is really tasty. There's nothing to do with cooking. I chopped it up and put it in a jar, all I spent was 20 minutes. And we will eat for a long time.

I love different types of cabbage, but I haven’t tried this one yet. I decided to fix this. I used less oil for the brine and used regular table vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar. I completely forgot about the garlic 🤦 ♀️ But otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. The cabbage really turns out crispy and very tasty. It even slightly resembles the taste of sauerkraut. Next time I'll definitely add garlic.

thanks for the recipe, made it on March 31st, took a sample on April 1st, it turned out awesome, I actually forgot the garlic, my husband liked it
