Fried catfish is a delicious fish with a delicious crust. Everything ingenious is simple. But I myself suffered for many years, turning excellent fish into porridge, until I found out what the salt actually was.

Today we have fried catfish on our menu according to your recipe. I bought and cooked this fish for the first time. My steaks were about 1.5 cm wide; I fried each side over moderate heat for 6-8 minutes. It turned out very interesting, definitely something new and unusual for me. I liked it - delicious!!!
