I used to make these cookies often, but then I somehow forgot about the recipe. But in vain! But I repeated it again! The sesame cookies are simply amazing! Tender, crispy, with a pleasant sesame taste. Very original. Here they sell something similar in expensive confectionery shops))) But here you can cook it yourself. Sesame cookies are prepared very simply and quickly, using inexpensive ingredients. I take 150 grams of sesame seeds, the rest is according to the recipe. I don’t always add apple cider vinegar (lemon juice), only when it’s available. For my taste, there is no difference. The main thing is to place the dough at a sufficient distance from each other so that the cookies do not stick together, since during the baking process the cookies spread a lot. I get two and a half trays of these cookies. I bake for about 10 minutes. Remove the cookies from the parchment when they have cooled. Many thanks to the author for such an original recipe. I definitely recommend these sesame cookies!!!
