I know that rice foams a lot when boiling, so the high sides saved my equipment from an avalanche of rice) I cooked one glass of cereal, poured two glasses of water. My microwave has a lower power, so I just cooked it a little longer. After the first stage, I mixed the rice and set it to finish cooking. The end result was a wonderful side dish. The rice completely absorbed the water and increased in size. And butter made its taste more delicate and creamy. This is a great way to cook rice, I will use it now.

As a side dish for the meat, I cooked fluffy rice in the microwave. Very simple and fast! I cooked it in a special plastic mold for cooking rice in the microwave. In terms of time, my side dish was prepared just like the author’s (first 7 minutes, then 12 - but at the same power, I didn’t reduce it).
