    How to make crispy breaded chicken wings in the oven? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. It is important to choose high-quality breadcrumbs. They shouldn't be too small. Heavily crushed (almost like flour) crackers may not give a crunchy effect. The wings in the initially crispy breading turn out crispy. In my photo you can see what size the breadcrumbs are. You can add your own spices to your taste.

    Wash the chicken wings. You can bread and bake them whole or cut into pieces. I had whole wings. I cut it into 2 parts: I cut off the shoulder joint, and left the forearm and hand entirely. There is no need to dry it, because the breading sticks better to the wet wings.

    In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, chicken spices, dry garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. If desired, you can add a pinch of chili powder.

    Pre-melt the butter and cool it. If you wish, you can replace some of the butter with vegetable oil and mix everything.

    Place chicken wings in a bag and add breading mixture.

Over the weekend I decided to treat my family to baked wings. On my favorite website I found a wonderful recipe for crispy breaded chicken wings in the oven. I had 10 wings, I didn’t cut them. For the breading I used bread crumbs that I made myself the day before. They just turned out to be coarsely ground, I don’t really like fine ones either, they don’t give a crunchy effect. I liked the method of breading in a bag, it was quick and my hands were clean) However, then I had to dip the wings in melted butter, I should have bought tongs for this) The breadcrumbs washed off a little, but not much. I baked them for 35 minutes, focusing on color. The end result was very tasty and crispy wings! The meat is soft and the top has a spicy crust. I liked this recipe and will cook it many more times.
