    Then add a pinch of soda and semolina. Mix everything well until smooth.

    Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle with breadcrumbs. This is necessary so that the finished casserole can be easily separated from the walls and bottom of the pan. Place the finished curd dough in the pan and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes. My children love cottage cheese casseroles for breakfast, I make them quite often. On the site I found an interesting recipe for cottage cheese casserole with condensed milk in the oven. I decided that I would make a large casserole and, using the site’s calculator, increased the number of servings. My cottage cheese was 9% moist and very fresh. This is the main ingredient, so it simply must be tasty). I took large domestic eggs. There were doubts about the amount of semolina; it seemed like too much. But the dough turned out not tough, but medium thick and very tender. I added 2/3 of a standard can of condensed milk to the entire curd mass. This was enough for my taste. Baked in a glass pan. I also sprinkled the pan with breadcrumbs. It turned out that the pieces are much easier to remove! The casserole turned out wonderful! It is incredibly tender, creamy, with a pleasant milky taste. Reminds me of cheesecake! Thanks for the recipe!
