For the curd filling: add 1 egg, 70 g of sugar to the cottage cheese and mix everything.
STEP 3
Add coconut flakes and mix. The filling is ready.
STEP 4
For the chocolate dough: melt the chocolate with butter and cool slightly.
STEP 5
Add 3 eggs and sugar to the chocolate mixture.
STEP 6
Beat until fluffy.
STEP 7
Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the chocolate mixture.
STEP 8
Mix everything until smooth. The consistency of the curd filling and chocolate dough should be approximately the same, so if your curd is too wet, you can add a little starch.
STEP 9
Let's form our pie. Place half of the chocolate dough on the bottom of the mold (my mold is 24 cm in diameter).
STEP 10
Spread the curd filling on top.
STEP 11
And cover with the rest of the dough.
STEP 12
Bake the pie at 170 C for about 50-60 minutes. Let the finished pie cool completely and, preferably, leave it for a few more hours so that the pie thickens and the pieces hold their shape when cut.
