Chocolate cupcake with cocoa and cream cheese in the oven

STEP 1

First, let's prepare the chocolate dough. Cut the butter and chocolate into pieces. The butter should be at room temperature; instead of chocolate bars, use chocolate drops. Boil the water. Place butter, chocolate, sugar and coffee in a bowl. Add hot water and stir until chocolate and butter are completely melted.

Add room temperature yogurt and stir.
STEP 3

Add one egg at a time and mix.
STEP 4

Sift flour into a bowl. Add cocoa powder and baking powder.
STEP 5

Mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
STEP 6

Now prepare the cheese dough. Place room temperature cream cheese in a bowl and stir lightly. Add sugar and beat until fluffy.

Add egg, vanilla extract and stir.

Add flour and stir until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

Place the finished cheese dough in a pastry bag.
STEP 10

Grease the baking dish with oil. Use a round pan with a hole in the middle and a wavy bottom.

Fill the mold 1/3 full with chocolate dough.

Then place the cheese dough in a circle.

Place the remaining chocolate dough on top and level the surface. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180°C. Bake the cake for 30 minutes.

When the cake is ready, prepare the ganache. Finely chop the chocolate or use chocolate chips. Place the cream in the microwave or on the stove and bring to a boil. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
STEP 15

Add butter and stir until butter melts.
STEP 16

Remove the finished cake from the mold, cool and pour over chocolate ganache.
