    Add cocoa to the butter mixture and stir again. Now it will be more difficult to stir, the mixture is quite dry, but the spatula did the job.

    Add eggs. And stir again. At first it will seem that they will never mix with the main mass, but gradually the process will begin. I repeat that you can use a mixer.

    The eggs should be completely mixed into the dough, it will become smooth and homogeneous.

    Add baking powder to the flour and stir. Start adding flour little by little. I divided the process into three stages. After each serving, stir in the flour thoroughly. The dough is ready. Place it in the freezer for 1 hour. Place it in the freezer, it should harden quickly. The dough will not have time to freeze into the stone, don’t be afraid.

    After time has passed, remove the dough from the freezer. Using a measuring spoon, scoop out equal amounts of dough and form it into balls the size of a walnut. That's why we needed to chill the dough - frozen dough is easier to roll into balls. Roll the balls in powdered sugar.

    Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Place the balls on it, making sure to leave space between them. The cookies will increase in size significantly during baking.

    Bake cookies for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Before your eyes, the cookies will spread to the sides and become covered with cracks, which will be clearly visible due to the powdered sugar. A very interesting process! Remove the finished cookies from the oven and be sure to let them cool completely. The cookies are very soft and delicate and may break if removed while hot. Cooled cookies can be easily removed from the paper. Serve the cookies to the table. Bon appetit!

I have already baked cookies with cracks, but using a slightly different recipe. I wanted to repeat it) This recipe turned out great. I kept the dough in the freezer for exactly an hour, but I doubted that it would not harden into stone) But everything worked out, the dough just became very hard and rolled into balls wonderfully. By the way, I also kneaded everything with one fork, a very convenient way. I rolled small balls and it turned out to be a whole bag of cookies! The cookies are light and porous. The inside is soft and the outside is crispy with powdered sugar. The taste and smell is mega chocolate! Very tasty elegant cookies.
