STEP 1
How to make chips with cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Wash the egg in warm water and soap to get rid of any harmful bacteria on the shell. Beat the egg into a dry bowl. Using a whisk, mix the egg whites and yolks. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees in advance.
STEP 2
Add sour cream and dried smoked paprika to the eggs. Peel the garlic and pass through a press or grate on a fine grater. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
STEP 3
Spread the pita bread on the work surface. Using a pastry brush, spread the egg mixture evenly over the pita sheet.
STEP 4
Sprinkle the pita bread with the previously prepared grated cheese.
STEP 5
First cut the lavash sheet into vertical stripes, and then also perpendicularly. And then cut each resulting square in half diagonally. The result will be portioned triangles. I found it convenient to cut the pita bread with a pizza cutter. But you can get by with a regular sharp knife.
STEP 6
Cover a baking sheet with parchment and grease it with sunflower oil. Place the chips in one layer so that the pieces do not touch each other, otherwise they will stick tightly together during baking. Bake the chips for a maximum of 10-12 minutes until the cheese is browned. The exact time depends on the features of your oven. Most likely you won’t be able to bake all the chips at once, but you can bake each portion on the same sheet of parchment. Bon appetit!
