    Spread the pita bread on the work surface. Using a pastry brush, spread the egg mixture evenly over the pita sheet.

    First cut the lavash sheet into vertical stripes, and then also perpendicularly. And then cut each resulting square in half diagonally. The result will be portioned triangles. I found it convenient to cut the pita bread with a pizza cutter. But you can get by with a regular sharp knife.

    Cover a baking sheet with parchment and grease it with sunflower oil. Place the chips in one layer so that the pieces do not touch each other, otherwise they will stick tightly together during baking. Bake the chips for a maximum of 10-12 minutes until the cheese is browned. The exact time depends on the features of your oven. Most likely you won’t be able to bake all the chips at once, but you can bake each portion on the same sheet of parchment. Bon appetit!

I made delicious chips with cheese: quickly and easily from regular lavash. Excellent yummy, even without beer you can crunch with pleasure! To the sour cream and cheese I also added Provençal herbs, suneli hops, oregano, and chopped garlic. Mixed spices with vegetable oil and greased the pita bread.
