What an interesting recipe. I also decided to make a Chinese tree mushroom salad. I only took home-made pickled white mushrooms. I cut the fresh bell pepper into strips and immediately placed it on a dish. I also chopped garlic, green onions, parsley and chopped pickled porcini mushrooms, they were large. Instead of fresh cucumber, I used pickled cucumber. Combined all the ingredients on a plate and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Dressed the salad with balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and flaxseed oil. The dish looks very impressive on a plate. It is appetizing and has an excellent smell. The Chinese mushroom salad turned out great. It just flew apart like that. There is still half a jar of mushrooms left, I want to repeat it. It's unusual, beautiful and very tasty. Served with boiled potatoes, perfect combination. Many thanks to the author!
