Let's prepare the ingredients for our salad.

Cut the potatoes into thin strips or grate them on a medium grater.
STEP 3
Place in boiling salted water for 1 - 1.5 minutes to boil the starch.
STEP 4
Drain in a colander and place in a bowl of cold water. When the potatoes have cooled completely, drain the water.
STEP 5
Prepare the dressing: combine finely chopped garlic, vinegar, salt and glutamate, stir. In the absence of glutamate, you can use a regular bouillon cube.
