  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make Chinese cabbage salad with olive oil and corn? Prepare all ingredients. Wash the Chinese cabbage under cold running water, then shake it over the sink to get rid of excess water. Afterwards, blot it with a kitchen towel and let it dry a little so that the water that remains between the sheets does not get into the salad, this will make it watery. Now cut off the stalk; we won’t need it. Shred the Chinese cabbage.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Press the shredded cabbage a little with your hands. This is done so that the cabbage becomes softer and the finished salad turns out more tender. Place the finished cabbage in a deep container. You can take a bowl or salad bowl. I have a saucepan.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Now open the can of canned corn, drain the liquid it was in (there should be no liquid in the salad). Add corn to cabbage.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Wash the dill under running water, dry and finely chop with a knife. Add greens to cabbage and corn.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Now pour in a little oil and add a little salt. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Salad ready! Transfer it to a salad bowl and serve. Bon appetit!

Our whole family liked the Chinese cabbage salad with olive oil and corn. After all, there is nothing superfluous in this salad) And it is prepared literally in a matter of minutes. Beijing cabbage itself is tasty, juicy, crispy, and with the addition of dressing it becomes even better. I added a little sugar and lemon juice and mixed it with olive oil. The acidity from the lemon juice offsets the sweetness of the corn. It turned out great! Fragrant dill and sweet corn go very well with any cabbage. The salad is bright, light, juicy, sweetish and very crunchy) I served it for second breakfast on the weekend.
