For dinner I made chicken zrazy with cheese in a frying pan. I had the minced meat ready-made, chilled from chicken breasts. After adding the onion, soaked in loaf milk and eggs, the consistency of my minced meat turned out to be runny to form a zraz, I had to add a tablespoon of semolina and leave it for 15 minutes for the semolina to swell. During this time, I prepared the filling: grated the cheese, added sour cream and herbs. The formed zrazy was rolled in breadcrumbs and fried until golden brown on both sides. Additionally, it languished a little under the lid. The zrazy turned out very tasty! The cheese filling goes well with chicken. This time, due to the thin consistency of the minced meat, I didn’t dare add a lot of filling, I was afraid that it would leak. It’s also important not to overdo it with the addition of semolina in order to maintain the juiciness of the minced meat. Next time I’ll definitely roll the minced meat myself so that I can put more filling in the zrazy. It is the cheese that plays the role of the “main violin” here. Thanks for the recipe, Julia!
