Chicken zrazy with cheese in a frying pan

STEP 1

How to make zrazy with cheese? Prepare the necessary products. You can take minced chicken ready-made or make it yourself. I used minced chicken breast. Take odorless vegetable oil. You can also make your own breadcrumbs from oven-dried white bread.
STEP 2

Peel and wash the onions. Grind the onion on a fine grater.
STEP 3

Pour milk over the white bread crumb so that it is well soaked.
STEP 4

In a suitable sized bowl, combine the minced meat, egg, chopped onion and bread soaked in milk. Add salt and ground black pepper.
STEP 5

Mix everything thoroughly until you obtain a homogeneous minced meat.
STEP 6

Any hard cheese is suitable for the filling. You can combine different types of cheese. Instead of parsley, you can use dill.
STEP 7

Wash the greens, dry them, chop finely.
STEP 8

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, combine with chopped herbs and sour cream.
STEP 9

Mix everything well. The filling is ready now.
STEP 10

It is more convenient to work with minced chicken with wet hands. Form the minced meat into a random non-thin cake.
STEP 11

Place the cheese filling in the middle of the minced meat. Approximately 1-1.5 tbsp. depending on the size of the zraz.
STEP 12

Carefully lifting the minced meat, close the filling. The filling should be well covered with minced meat on all sides so that the cheese does not “run away” during frying. Form immediately into an oblong round cutlet.
STEP 13

Bread bread on all sides immediately. In this way, blind all the images.
STEP 14

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the zrazy in a frying pan, fry them over moderate heat until golden brown. How to choose a frying pan and oil for frying, read the article at the end of this recipe.
STEP 15

Turn the zrazy over to the other side and continue frying until done. At the end of cooking, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the zrazy over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
STEP 16

Serve chicken zrazy with cheese hot with any side dish or with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
