I needed to cook lunch, and I didn’t have enough imagination to figure out what kind of soup to cook, so I turned to the site and found a recipe for soup with dumplings, potatoes and chicken. My daughter especially loves this soup; she’s ready to fish out all the dumplings from the soup) I cooked the broth on chicken breast. I fried it at the same time, it turned out quickly, and this is important. Nobody likes sliced bell pepper in soup, so I added it whole when the broth was cooking. The pepper gave off its taste and aroma, but it was as if it was not there) I was interested in the composition of the dough for dumplings; I have never made them with sour cream. I usually knead the dough using water or broth. Therefore, I was afraid that the dumplings would be sour. But no, you can’t feel the sour cream at all, and the dumplings themselves surprisingly turned out soft and tender. My daughter is delighted with them, I’ll just have to cook them in broth) The soup is very tasty, satisfying and at the same time light. Great lunch!
