How to very quickly and quite simply prepare Siberian beet borscht with herbs, which will appeal to many for its excellent taste without any doubt? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for preparing a cold summer dish with kefir.
STEP 2

To prepare an addition to a great summer dish, take a saucepan and fill it halfway with water, then place it on the stove and place four pre-washed and unpeeled potatoes in it, which then boil until fully cooked over medium heat on the stove.

Chop the dill quite finely to taste, which you then place in a large bowl.

Finely chop the green onion to taste, in equal proportions with dill and place it in a common bowl.

Pour six hundred milliliters of cold kefir into a common bowl, then mix all the ingredients well and let the prepared soup stand for a little time.

Place the prepared cold beet soup with herbs on kefir into portioned plates, then add half a boiled chicken egg to each.
