I made chicken soup with egg noodles for lunch. The broth was made from chicken fillet. I made the noodles according to the recipe, but I didn’t roll them with my hands (the method suggested in the recipe is excellent, but I wanted to do it faster) and cut them with a sharp knife. I did not fry the onions and carrots, but only lightly stewed them in a frying pan with the lid closed. The soup turned out to be very tasty and filling! Everyone in my family liked it without exception! Great recipe, thanks!
