STEP 1
How to cook chicken soup with eggs? First, prepare all the ingredients. Wash vegetables, eggs, herbs thoroughly and dry. Peel the potatoes and carrots. Take filtered water. Instead of noodles, you can use any other pasta or rice. Clean the chicken, wash and dry.
STEP 2
Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Place the chicken, cut into portions, into boiling water and cook until done, skimming off the foam periodically. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes. Add the potatoes to the broth once the chicken is cooked.
STEP 3
While the potatoes are cooking, start frying. To do this, chop the green onions.
STEP 4
Grate the carrots on a medium or coarse grater. You can cut it into bars or strips if you wish.
STEP 5
Heat a frying pan on the stove. Pour vegetable oil into it. Add chopped onion.
STEP 6
Fry the onion in the pan for one minute, stirring. Then immediately add the grated carrots.
STEP 7
Fry the green onions and carrots for two to three minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
STEP 8
At this point, add the vermicelli to the soup pot. If you add rice or other grains, be sure to wash it in running water.

Chop fresh dill.

Place a raw chicken egg into a bowl and beat it with a fork.
STEP 11
When the vermicelli is ready, add chopped dill to the soup. Pour in the beaten egg. During the pouring process, you can break the egg stream in boiling water with a fork. This will make the egg flakes in the soup look neater and more beautiful.
STEP 12
At the very end, add the fry to the soup, stir everything and turn off the stove. Let the chicken soup sit for about ten minutes, half-covering the pan with a lid.
STEP 13
Pour the finished chicken soup with egg and noodles into a plate and serve. Bon appetit!
