One of our favorite soups. I had a whole chicken, I cut it up, and from the wings and backbone I cooked a rich, golden, satisfying broth. I added green onions to the frying. The rest is all according to the recipe. It turned out to be a great, hearty soup. I recommend the recipe, enjoy cooking!

The recipe says to beat the egg with a fork and pour it into the boiling soup. I violated the technology and pre-diluted the egg with warm broth and therefore I did not get beautiful flakes as I wanted. But it was still very tasty. Thank you, Christina Mealy. Next time I will cook it without deviating from the recipe.
