STEP 1
How to make Chicken Ryaba Salad with chicken? Prepare the necessary products. Boil the eggs hard. Read about how to do this correctly in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe. Wash and dry the champignons and greens. Peel the onion. Remove the skin from the meat and separate it from the bones.
STEP 2
Prepare the slices. First, grate the cucumbers on a Korean grater, trying to capture the green and not loose part, do not use the middle. Place the cucumbers in a colander to drain the juice. Cucumbers can be cut into small strips. Cut the meat into small cubes, you can cut it into strips if the salad is mixed and not collected in layers. Finely chop the greens and mushrooms. Cut the onion into quarter rings.
STEP 3
Fry the onion until golden brown, then add the mushrooms, add salt and fry until all the liquid has evaporated. This usually takes about 5 minutes. Let the roast cool.
STEP 4
Grate the eggs on a coarse grater, add pepper and mayonnaise, mix. You can make your own mayonnaise. Recipes for homemade mayonnaise can be found at the end of the recipe.
STEP 5
In a separate bowl, combine cucumbers and finely chopped herbs.
STEP 6
You can start assembling the salad. It is convenient to use the culinary ring for assembling salads. Place the chicken meat in the first layer.
STEP 7
The second layer will be an egg-mayonnaise mixture.
STEP 8
The third layer is cucumbers with herbs. This layer can be slightly salted. The fourth layer will be egg.
STEP 9
Place the champignons in the fifth layer.
STEP 10
And the sixth final layer will again be the egg-mayonnaise mixture. Carefully remove the ring and decorate the top of the salad as desired. Usually these are the greens and ingredients from which the salad was created. But the salad can be prepared in the form of a chicken; this serving is perfect in the Year of the Rooster or for Easter or birthdays.
STEP 11
You can prepare the salad either in portions or on a large platter. Serve immediately, because soon the juice will begin to stand out and the presentable appearance may be lost.
