Chicken pancake pie

STEP 1

Thin and soft pancakes can be fried according to any recipe you like. Boil the chicken in advance and let it cool.
STEP 2

Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
STEP 3

Chop the parsley.
STEP 4

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
STEP 5

Disassemble the chicken: remove bones and cartilage, place the meat in the bowl of a food processor.
STEP 6

Add fried onions, herbs, salt and pepper to the chicken.
STEP 7

Grind until smooth. If the filling turns out to be dry, you can add a little butter.
STEP 8

Cut pancakes in half. Place the filling in the shape of a thin sausage on half of the pancake.
STEP 9

Roll the pancake halves into tight tubes.
STEP 10
I baked the pancake cake in a silicone mold, or you can use a metal springform pan. Place flower-shaped pancakes in it, as shown in the photo. You need to start from the center and lay the tubes, moving towards the edges.

Prepare the filling for the pie. Lightly beat the eggs with a whisk.
STEP 12

Add milk and beat a little more.
STEP 13

Pour the egg-milk mixture over the pie.
STEP 14

Distribute the filling evenly so that all pancakes are covered.
STEP 15

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
STEP 16

Sprinkle the pancake pie with cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for about 35 minutes.
STEP 17

Allow the finished cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Then cut into portions and serve warm.
