Chicken meatballs in the oven with gravy

STEP 1

Place the minced meat in a deep bowl, beat in the egg, add half the chopped onion, chopped garlic, flour and bread soaked in milk, add salt to taste.

Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. The minced meat is ready.

Form a round ball from a heaping tablespoon of minced meat with wet hands and generously roll it in flour on all sides. Form the remaining bits in the same way.

Now you can make the gravy. Peel the carrots, wash and grate on a coarse grater. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

Pour some refined vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it. Over medium heat, sauté the remaining onion for about 2 minutes.

Add carrots to the onion, stir and fry for about 2 minutes.
STEP 10
Add tomato paste, flour, salt to taste and stir.
STEP 11
Pour in water, stir and bring to a boil.
STEP 12
