I really like meat balls and cutlets in the oven, especially with gravy. This recipe only uses minced chicken, but I decided that the chicken breast would be too dry and added some pork. I didn’t fry the meatballs so that there would be fewer calories (and so I added pork)) I didn’t have suitable white bread, but I had fresh breadcrumbs, which I ground myself in a blender. That's why I have crackers instead of bread and milk. For spices I added paprika and dried dill. I kneaded the minced meat and left it to swell for ten minutes. For the gravy, I fried onions and carrots, but used potato starch instead of flour. It turned out to be a very tasty gravy) I baked it all in the oven and it turned out to be very tasty meat balls! Everyone liked it. My daughter ate three of them at once) The dish can even be served on a holiday table, it looks beautiful and appetizing. The meat turned out juicy and satisfying. The tomato sauce is so smooth and delicious! Thanks for the recipe!
