My children also love soup with chicken meatballs and dumplings) And I liked this recipe for its simplicity and speed of preparation. To speed up the process, I used frozen onions and carrots, which is convenient. I made the meatballs from chicken breast and prepared the minced meat using a blender. In general, I like chicken precisely because this meat can be easily ground in a blender; there is no need to take out a bulky meat grinder) While the vegetables and meatballs were cooking, I kneaded the dough for dumplings. To do this, I took another egg to make more dumplings; my daughter loves them very much) The soup turned out to be light, dietary and tasty! The meatballs did not fall apart, the dumplings were well cooked inside, and the broth remained clear. Just perfect!
