Chicken meatball and dumpling soup

STEP 1
Let's prepare the ingredients needed to make the soup. Wash the carrots, onions and potatoes and peel them. Wash the greens thoroughly.

Finely chop the onion.
STEP 3
Cut the carrots into strips.
STEP 4
Place onions, carrots, salt in a saucepan and fill with water. We put the pan on the fire.
STEP 5
Finely chop the dill.
STEP 6
Beat the egg with salt. I had a big egg.
STEP 7
Add a third of the beaten egg and half of the chopped dill to the minced chicken.
STEP 8
Mix thick minced meat.
STEP 9
We make small round meatballs from the minced meat.
STEP 10
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
STEP 11
After the soup has boiled, add potatoes and meatballs. Cook the soup until the potatoes are ready.
STEP 12
During this time we make the dumpling dough. To do this, mix the flour and the remaining beaten egg. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream. If the dough turns out to be too thick, you can add a little water to it.
STEP 13
We begin to dip the dumplings into the soup. To do this, take a third of a teaspoon of dough and use the second teaspoon to push the dough into the soup. Bring the soup to a boil, continue cooking for another 5 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
STEP 14
Soup with chicken meatballs and dumplings is ready. Pour the soup into bowls, sprinkle with chopped dill.
