You can replace white wine vinegar with the juice of half a lemon or 1 tbsp. l. apple or regular table vinegar 9%.

I took all the ingredients according to the list, except for ginger, only my husband loves it). I usually replace wine vinegar with apple or lemon juice, but this time I added wine vinegar. Additionally, I took some chicken seasoning. I sifted the flour, as the author recommends, and it separated perfectly without lumps. I took fresh garlic, I like its pungent smell. I cut the quantity of ingredients in half, this was enough to marinate a small chicken.
