How to make a marinade for chicken wings in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The marinade proportions are approximate. If you like something more, add more.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To mix the marinade, immediately take a spacious, deep bowl so that it is convenient to marinate the chicken wings. Place mustard and mayonnaise in a bowl.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

    Next add soy sauce.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Sprinkle with paprika and spices. For spices, I use a mixture of ground peppers and a little dried basil. But you can add something of your own, your favorite. I do not add salt to this marinade, since soy sauce and mayonnaise are already salty. Focus on your taste and original ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade well until smooth. The marinade for chicken wings is ready!

I used the marinade recipe for chicken wings in the oven for fillets. Very easy to prepare and so pleasant to work with, it does not drip from the surface and the chicken becomes soft, aromatic and very juicy. I prepared the fillet - cut it with a book, brushed it with marinade and left it for better soaking at room temperature for 2 hours. Then stuffed it with cheese and tomatoes. . I secured it with cotton thread and baked it in the oven. I really liked the result. I recommend it to everyone! Julia, thank you for the recipe!
