STEP 1

How to make chicken liver with apples and onions in the oven? Prepare your food. The liver will turn out juicier and softer if you take a chilled product. If you have it frozen, then defrost it as delicately as possible in the refrigerator.
STEP 2

Peel the onion and cut into half rings or feathers. There should be a lot of onions, take a large onion or a couple of small ones. To avoid irritating the mucous membranes of your eyes when cutting onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a slice of lemon before cutting.
STEP 3

Wash the apple, cut into quarters and remove the core and seeds. Cut the quarters into small pieces.
STEP 4

Take a baking dish of suitable size. This liver can also be cooked in a glass jar or clay pot. Place half the onion on the bottom and half the chopped apples on it.
STEP 5

Wash and dry the liver. Cut large pieces into smaller ones, about the size of apple slices, to make the dish more aesthetically pleasing. Cut out the veins and ducts, if any.
STEP 6

Place the liver in a deep bowl, add salt, pepper and any spices to taste. I took oregano. Pour in odorless vegetable oil. Stir.
STEP 7

Place the entire liver in the pan on top of the onions and apples, distributing it evenly.
STEP 8

Place the remaining onions and apples on top. Cover the pan with foil and tuck the edges in. Place it in a cold oven and turn the temperature to 200°C.
STEP 9

Bake the liver with apples and onions for 1 hour. Then take out the pan with the dish and remove the foil.
STEP 10

Stir the dish and serve. Bon appetit!
