At this stage, instead of stewing, you can send the dish to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, also for 5-7 minutes. To do this, transfer all the ingredients into a heat-resistant form.

For dinner I made chicken liver with apples. A tender, aromatic, appetizing and very tasty dish! I cleaned the liver, cut the onion into half rings, and cut the apples into slices. The liver was rolled in flour and fried on both sides. Placed it on a plate and covered it with a napkin. In the same pan, fry the onion until tender, add the apples. I fried the apples for a short time to keep their shape. Then I added the liver, mixed it carefully and simmered everything together for just a few minutes. Mmm...what an amazing aroma!
