    How to make lagman from chicken? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I use chicken fillet, but other parts of the chicken will work, such as drumsticks, thighs, quarters. I took 4 “nests” of noodles.

    If necessary, defrost the chicken on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Rinse it under running water, dry it with paper towels, remove films and excess fat. Cut into pieces. I made them not too small and oblong. You can choose the cutting method to suit your taste.

    Peel the onions. Rinse it and the knife with cold water so that when cutting the onion juice does not irritate the mucous membranes of the eyes so much. Cut the onion into small cubes.

    Rinse the carrots thoroughly with a brush, peel and cut into thin slices, strips or cubes, as you like.

    Also wash the bell pepper, cut it in half, remove the center with seeds and the stalk. Cut the pepper into small cubes.

    Rinse juicy, fleshy tomatoes under running water. Make cross-shaped cuts on the surface of the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them and leave for 1-2 minutes. Drain the water. Remove the skin with a knife. Cut the tomato pulp into cubes.

    Pour vegetable oil with a high smoking point into the frying pan. Reheat well. Place the chicken slices and fry them over moderate heat on all sides until a light golden crust forms. Salt the meat to your taste. Do not fry for too long to avoid drying out the fillets. Transfer chicken to a plate.

    Now fry the prepared vegetables. First, sauté the onion until translucent, then the carrots and peppers. Fry vegetables until soft. Stir.

    Finally, add the tomatoes to the vegetables, reduce the heat and simmer for another couple of minutes.

    Add tomato paste and pour in a little boiled water. Mix everything and simmer for another 2 minutes over low heat. Finally, add salt to taste.

    Place the fried chicken in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom (you can use a casserole) and pour the tomato-covered vegetables over it. If there is not enough liquid, add a little water. Taste for salt. If necessary, add salt and pepper. You can add other seasonings that you like at your discretion. Bring the contents to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Boil water in a saucepan. Add salt, add noodles and boil. Read the instructions on the package for cooking times. If you use pasta “nests,” then be sure to add a teaspoon of any vegetable oil to the water where it is boiled.

    Remove the noodles with a slotted spoon, drain and place on a plate. Top with vegetable gravy and chicken. You can also sprinkle with chopped dill, cilantro or parsley. Delicious lagman with chicken is ready! Serve immediately before the dish has cooled. Bon appetit!

I made chicken lagman according to this recipe, adding a little of my own. I prepared the noodles for lagman myself. I added a little more potatoes, garlic and ground paprika to the sauce. First I fried the chicken fillet. Then, in the same frying pan, I fried potatoes, onions, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, and garlic, cutting them into cubes. Added tomato paste, water, paprika, fried chicken and simmered as described in the recipe. Boiled homemade noodles. First I put the noodles on a plate and poured lagman sauce over it. Sprinkled with chopped parsley. It turned out great. Lunch turned out to be hearty, tasty and aromatic. The dish is perfect. It contains noodles, vegetables, meat, and sauce. A great combination of all products. Now this dish is one of my favorites. Cooking is not difficult at all. I liked the tomatoes in the sauce, which added sourness. And also a rich tomato taste, thanks to tomato paste. Great recipe. I will definitely make it again and recommend it to everyone. Many thanks to the author 😊

I really love lagman. I like to add green radish to vegetables, it adds a special flavor. In addition, I pour the meat not with boiling water, but with noodle broth. Very tasty and filling dish
