STEP 1

How to bake chicken drumstick in puff pastry in the oven? Prepare your food. Remove the dough from the refrigerator in advance so that it has time to defrost. You can use any of your favorite seasonings. I took paprika.
STEP 2

Wash and dry the chicken drumsticks. If you wish, you can remove the skin from them.
STEP 3

Mix salt and spices. Rub this mixture onto the prepared drumsticks. You can leave them to marinate for half an hour.
STEP 4

Heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil onto it. Lay out the drumsticks. Over high heat, fry the drumsticks until golden brown on all sides, 5 minutes on each side.
STEP 5

Cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat to low and let the drumsticks cook for 15 minutes. Then place them on a plate and cool completely.
STEP 6

Sprinkle your work surface with flour. Place defrosted dough on it. Roll it into a thin layer, about 2 mm thick. Cut the dough into longitudinal strips about 3 cm wide. It is convenient to do this with a pizza cutter.
STEP 7

Wrap each drumstick in the resulting strips in a spiral, starting from the bottom, slightly overlapping the dough onto each other.
STEP 8

Line a baking tray with baking paper or place a Teflon mat on it. Place the drumsticks in the dough on a baking sheet. Lightly beat the yolk. Brush the top of each drumstick with yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
STEP 9

Wrap the bottom of the legs with small pieces of foil to prevent them from burning during baking.
STEP 10

Bake the drumsticks in the dough in the oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. When serving, remove the foil. Bon appetit!
