STEP 1
How to very simply and quickly cook tender chicken cutlets with potatoes in a frying pan, which are sure to please many for their excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for making cutlets from homemade minced chicken.
STEP 2
To prepare the minced meat, take one kilogram of chicken fillet and cut into pieces, then take a meat grinder with a large grid and pass the chicken pieces, two onions and two cloves of garlic through it into a large bowl.

Take a fine grater and grate two or three peeled potatoes into a plate.
STEP 4
Place the grated potatoes from the plate into the bowl with the minced chicken.

Break and add one chicken egg to the bowl with minced chicken.

Place cumin, coriander, nutmeg, pepper mixture and salt into a common bowl to taste.
