    How to make chicken cutlets with mushrooms? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can prepare minced chicken yourself by passing the chicken meat through a meat grinder or buy it ready-made. You can use any mushrooms. I will add champignons to the cutlets.

    Peel the onion, rinse and chop. Also rinse the champignons and finely chop them. Heat a frying pan until hot, pour a little vegetable oil and add onions and mushrooms. Fry everything together for 5-6 minutes. Don't forget to stir so the mushrooms don't burn.

    Place the minced chicken into a large bowl. Add egg, salt and a little spice to the minced meat. As a spice, you can add ground pepper and a little paprika.

    Next add the fried mushrooms with onions and breadcrumbs. Why add crackers? They will absorb some of the moisture that is in the minced chicken. Thanks to this, the cutlets will not fall apart when frying.

    Mix all ingredients well with each other until smooth. Beat the meat mass against the bottom of the bowl to make the minced meat more dense.

    To fry the cutlets, heat a frying pan and pour a little vegetable oil. With wet hands, form small patties and place them in the pan. Fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

I made chicken cutlets with mushrooms for lunch. Shredded chicken breast using a blender. I rinsed frozen white mushrooms (I took them from champignons instead) in warm water, immediately chopped them, put them in a frying pan and fried until the released liquid evaporated. After that, I added chopped onions and brought the mushrooms to readiness. Instead of breadcrumbs, I added white bread to the minced meat, grinding it, like the meat, in a blender. In a deep plate I combined minced meat, mushrooms, bread and egg, salted it (I did not add spices to the minced meat). I fried the cutlets on both sides until golden brown, then kept them covered for 10 minutes on low heat. The cutlets came out plump, with an appetizing crust, very tasty ! Chicken meat, tender in taste, goes well with fried mushrooms and onions. My husband and I really liked the cutlets! Thank you very much for the recipe!

Lenochka, Thank you for the interesting recipe! I’ve never cooked chicken with mushrooms, but I once ate similar cutlets in a restaurant. I want to try to cook it, do you think they are not a little dry, maybe some kind of sauce with it? Or maybe put mushrooms as a filling inside the cutlets, as they advise here
