STEP 1

How to make chicken brizol in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can prepare minced chicken yourself by passing the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, or you can buy it ready-made.

Place the minced chicken in a convenient bowl and add a little salt and spices to it. Stir and beat the minced meat on the bottom of the bowl to make it denser. If the minced meat is very wet, you can add a little starch, semolina or flour.

In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and spices. Shake slightly with a fork or whisk.

Roll out a small amount of minced meat between two sheets of film, greased with oil.
