Chicken brizol in a frying pan is a very filling and tasty option for a complete breakfast or dinner. I had store-bought minced chicken and it was quite moist, so just in case, I added a little potato starch (a heaping teaspoon) to it for better binding. Instead of olive oil I used refined sunflower oil. Otherwise, I prepared everything according to the author’s recommendations. Very tasty brizoli with a spicy spicy filling! Very cool! Who would have thought! The combination of pickled cucumber with omelette and garlic is a pleasure for the taste buds. My boys are very spoiled, but they ate everything in one go. Hearty, but not as bland as regular scrambled eggs.
