Chicken breasts in sour cream with cheese and turmeric in the oven

STEP 1
We take products according to the list. We will need half a boneless chicken breast (this will reduce the calorie content of the dish) or one chicken fillet. It is desirable that the meat is fresh and not previously frozen by any method. Therefore, ask in stores for the so-called “chilled water”. Fresh meat will make the dish much tastier and healthier.
STEP 2
Rinse and dry the chicken breast, rub it with turmeric and place in a small baking dish greased with sunflower oil. Let it sit for 20 minutes and marinate.
STEP 3
Prepare sour cream filling. To do this, mix sour cream with salt and nutmeg. You can add dried herbs to taste - dill, thyme. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press or grate it on a fine grater and also add it to the sauce. Mix everything well until smooth. The sauce is ready.

Pour the sour cream sauce over the meat, making sure that the pouring completely covers it - this is necessary so that it remains juicy during the baking process.
STEP 5
Now let's see how to bake chicken breasts in sour cream in the oven. And we will bake in two stages. To begin, place the pan with the chicken in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes.
STEP 6
Then take out our dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Put back in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
