Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.

Add kefir.

Mix everything.

Chop the chocolate with a knife.

Peel the berries from stems and seeds, add starch, mix.
STEP 7

Add chocolate to the dough, stir.
STEP 8

Place parchment paper on the bottom of a 22 cm diameter mold and grease it with butter.
STEP 9

Spread the dough and place the berries on top.
STEP 10

Bake the pie in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
STEP 11

During the baking process, the cherry with chocolate sinks to the bottom, and the cherry is, as it were, enveloped in chocolate, that is, it turns out to be a chocolate-covered cherry.
STEP 12

Let the cake cool completely, then sprinkle powdered sugar on top. A very tasty combination of cherries and chocolate, plus soft and airy kefir dough. Be sure to try it!
