STEP 1
Break 1 egg into a saucepan.

The consistency should be such that the base is neither liquid nor dry.

Add 2 tbsp. l. flour, mix.

Don’t make the base hard; if you make it hard, the cheesecakes won’t be fluffy. You can also beat it with a blender, but I didn’t do that.
STEP 7
We make cheesecakes. You can wet your hands to prevent it from sticking. Roll one at a time, or make a sausage and cut it.
STEP 8
Heat the frying pan. The cheesecakes will definitely need to be placed in a heated frying pan, but then reduce the heat to medium. Pour about 50 g of sunflower oil into a frying pan, you can use olive oil.
STEP 9
Place cheesecakes on a heated frying pan.
STEP 10
Fry over medium heat on each side for about 3 minutes until a characteristic golden crust forms.
STEP 11
Turn off the stove and cover with a lid, leave for 3 minutes.
STEP 12
Place delicious cheesecakes on a plate.
STEP 13
Add topping: condensed milk, raspberries, blackberries, blueberry jam to taste. Bon appetit!
