STEP 1

How to bake charlotte with pear in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.
STEP 2

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and add sour cream. Beat everything with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 3

Sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the charlotte will turn out more tender and fluffy. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar to the egg mixture.
STEP 4

Beat everything again until smooth. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream.
STEP 5

Wash the pears, dry and peel. Cut the pears into slices and remove the seeds.
STEP 6

Pour half the dough into a greased baking dish (approximately 16-18 cm in diameter). Place the pear slices on top and pour the remaining batter on top.
STEP 7

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown. The exact time depends on the features of your oven. Do not open the oven door during baking. Cool the finished charlotte slightly, remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
