STEP 1

Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar. Beat with a mixer until fluffy foam forms.
STEP 2

Add soft butter and kefir. Mix a little.
STEP 3

Add baking powder. Add flour and mix until the dough is homogeneous.
STEP 4

Cut the apples into quarters and remove cores and peels. Cut into slices and mix them with the dough.
STEP 5

Grease the mold with oil, pour in half the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon. You can add cinnamon to the dough itself and mix, then the pie will turn out a little brown.
STEP 6

Add the remaining dough. Place the pie in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 35 minutes.
